We are able to cut titanium shapes with excellent edge finish and a high degree of intricacy or size tolerance using abrasive Water-Jet cutting systems on tables to 72″ x 144″. Custom patterns can be reproduced with the use of a CAD system. Water-Jet cut titanium materials supplied by TICO typically include near-net-shape rings and titanium flanges that are finish-machined by the customer. For the fabricator, such near-net shapes offer significant advantages over conventional solid square blocks of titanium by dramatically reducing machining time, costs and scrap.
Our 2 saws allow us to cut to minimum dimensions and up to 10″ thick. Our wide throat saw increases our width capacity with length capability to 145″ long.

Our 7 saws allow us to cut titanium bar and billet from 1/4″ to 20″ diameter or 20″ square.
Our large Cincinnati plate shear shown below, the largest dedicated titanium plate shear in the industry, increases our shearing capability to 7/8″ thick x 20′. Four (4) additional shears fill the balance of cut size options.
